Refund policy

If Switchover isn't right for you, you get your money back. Here is how it works.

14 days, full refund

Ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

  1. Email blaren@pipeline.sbcc.edu from the address you paid with, or include your PayPal transaction ID.
  2. We refund through PayPal to the way you paid, usually within 5 business days of your email.

After a refund

Your license ends with the refund. Please delete your copy of Switchover, its guides and any copies you made.

After 14 days

We don't normally refund after 14 days. If something is broken and we can't fix it, write anyway and we'll work it out with you.
